  1. Service Agreement: By utilizing our waterless car wash services, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
  2. Pricing and Payment: All prices for our waterless car wash services are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment options.
  3. Vacuum Accountability Policy: Every service begins and ends with a clean, empty vacuum bag. All collected material — dust, debris, and any items found during the service — is sealed and placed on your vehicle seat for your inspection. Nothing is removed from the vehicle and nothing is carried between service visits. Full transparency, every visit.
  4. Service Limitations: Our waterless car wash service is intended for standard-sized vehicles in relatively clean condition. Excessively dirty or large vehicles may be subject to additional charges or service refusal.
  5. Pre-existing Damage: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or stains. Please inform our staff of any pre-existing damage prior to the service.
  6. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for removing all valuable items from the vehicle before the service. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the service.
  7. Weather Conditions: In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the service at our discretion. Customers will be notified of any changes to the scheduled service time.
  8. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Customers may cancel or reschedule their service appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any fees. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  9. Liability: Our liability for any damage caused during the provision of our waterless car wash services is limited to the cost of the service. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
  10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from our waterless car wash services shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration. We aim to resolve disputes amicably and fairly, and will consider legal options only if necessary.
  11. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes and are expected to adhere to the updated terms.
