Terms & Conditions

Plain English, large type. We don't hide anything — please take a minute to read.

  1. The agreement: By booking a waterless valet with us, you agree to these terms.
  2. Pricing and payment: Prices may change without notice. Payment is due when the service is finished, unless a fleet account or purchase order has been agreed in writing. We accept card, PayPal, cash and bank transfer. Corporate accounts can also pay by BACS or purchase order.
  3. Vacuum accountability: Every service starts and ends with a clean, empty vacuum bag. Everything we collect — dust, debris and any items we find — is sealed and left on your seat for you to inspect. Nothing leaves your vehicle and nothing is carried between visits.
  4. Child seats: If a child seat or booster is fitted in your vehicle, we do not touch it. We will not remove, unfasten, adjust or refit it. This is a safety rule and there are no exceptions. We clean the area around it as far as we can reach. If you want the seat and the space beneath it cleaned, please remove the seat before we arrive and refit it yourself afterwards.
  5. Your responsibilities: Please remove valuables before we start. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the service.
  6. Existing damage: We are not responsible for damage that was already there, such as scratches, dents or stains. Please point out any existing damage before we begin.
  7. Service limits: Our service is designed for standard-sized vehicles in reasonable condition. Very dirty or very large vehicles may cost more, or we may decline the job.
  8. Weather: In bad weather we may reschedule or cancel. We will let you know as soon as we can.
  9. Cancellations and changes: Please give us 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. There is no cancellation fee, ever. If we haven't cleaned your car, you don't pay.
  10. Liability: If we cause damage during the service, our liability is limited to the cost of that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  11. Disputes: If something goes wrong, talk to us first. We aim to settle any dispute fairly by discussion, mediation or arbitration, and treat legal action as a last resort.
  12. Changes to these terms: We may update these terms from time to time. We will tell you about any significant change.
