How a fleet gets on the platform

  1. We add your fleet to the system — slug, your fleet manager's email and agreed reporting requirements.
  2. Your fleet manager receives a magic-link sign-in. No password to remember, no software to install.
  3. You schedule your first service from the portal. We come on-site and complete the work.
  4. Photos, inspection scores, ROI data and ESG-ready service data populate after the visit. From visit two onwards, the same metrics can trend over time.

Pilot available before you commit. No multi-year lock-in. The portal works the same whether your fleet is 5 vehicles or 500.
